Probate of Estates
Attorney Brewin has experience and proven results in administering large probate estates. He combines thoughtful planning with relaxed and productive client meetings. As a result, estates are settled expeditiously.
Post-Divorce Planning
A divorce will revoke your existing will. A new will needs to designate your new Executor and also designate a guardian in case both you and your former spouse die. In most instances, you will want to establish a trust to provide for your own trustee (versus your former spouse) to manage your assets for your children.
